Obstacles of Virtual Communication

This lesson will discuss four critical obstacles to virtual communication. These obstacles include feelings of isolation, confusion, time zone and technology (Brake, 2008). Each will be discussed in terms of how they may affect the successful functioning of a GV team and steps that can be taken to reduce or eliminate their effect.
