Lesson 3: Building and Maintaining Trust

Conclusion

Building and Maintaining trust among GV team members requires the development of new skills and re-working of current skills. As you seek for ways to make contact and communicate with one another, trust is built and becomes an important foundation for the team. As trust is built it allows team members to critique designs, propose alternate models or make suggestions that improve the final product of the project. It lets team members know that everyone is working together to improve how things work. Without trust this type of interaction among team members is severely hindered or not possible. It will not allow the GV team to reach its full potential.
