Use and live the phrase, "I refuse to take offense!" Regardless of what others say, recognize that you have the choice to take offense and begin a conflict or refuse to be offended and move forward on positive actions.

Forgiveness of others is a key quality to have and use. Everyone, including yourself, will make mistakes at one time or another in one team or another. Be willing to forgive others of mistakes and attitudes. Holding on to past hurts and wrongs does nothing to solve a disagreement or conflict. It hurts the team's efforts and prevents you from being as successful as possible
