GVT Leadership: Qualities of a GVT Leader

Reflection

As a GV team leader you want to be able to keep track of what each member is doing. On a co-located team this might be accomplished by having each team member stop by and let you know what he/she is doing or you may have a walk about the office and touch bases with each member.

Identify two ways you could monitor what each team member is doing on your GV team. Share these ideas with an international team member to gauge how they might be accepted.
